WOW! What Awesome people, Great Service, my prius has never had better care!!

I needed the battery replaced and they were able to accommodate me right away. My car needed a special battery that had to be ordered but they had it within a few hours! I was very pleased with the fast, efficient and courteous service! I will definitely be back!

I highly recommend Seiko’s. I needed someone who specializes in Subarus, who knows what they are doing and why and doesn’t just read codes. All the folks at Seiko’s were kind, took their time talking to me, and had solid reasons for their suggestions for the routine maintenance I needed. My car drives much better than before I took it in and they document their work. I have peace of mind, trust them for all things Subaru in the future, and am very grateful.

If you are looking for thorough, expert, and trustworthy auto service, Seiko's Auto Service continues to be highly recommended and for good reason! Our regular mechanic retired and we were at a loss for repairs/maintenance on Lexus until we found Seiko's. Sergio (Manager) provided excellent customer service by asking clarifying questions about the car and what were problems we were having. He offered to inspect potential areas issues of concern. They took detailed photos of immediate areas and explained the process, and issues to consider for timely future maintenance. Each time we took our car in, the crews done a thorough and excellent job!

I've been a customer of Seiko's when it was just a two man business. I was always shown A-1 service, the price's are with in the industry. Seiko's business has grown too a seven person auto service, Seiko the owner it a very fair person and speak to every customer that comes in to the business. Living in Monrovia makes it all the better he's located locally, but no matter we're in the San Gabriel Valley Seiko is your best auto service business for your foreign car needs. It has been seven years plus with Seiko taken care of my 2001 Toyota 4RUNNER and I can say It run as good of better then some vehicles half as old as my!!! I recommend Seiko Auto Services for your needs!!!!

I’ve been impressed by their thoroughness and expertise on Acura vehicles. They were able to diagnose and fix an oil leak problem that two other repair shops weren’t able to figure out. Sergio provides incredible service, as he provided very good explanations of the repairs and recommended future services. They are pricey, but I think it’s worth it if you want your car to run like new.

Totally professional, With the most comprehensive detailed maintenance report I’ve ever seen in my life!! If you need to know what’s going on with your car, this place can tell you exactly what needs to be done immediately. What can be held off for a little while and what will be coming up in the long-term for a fair price?

Good customer service has become more rare. But it is in full flower at Seiko's. Always smiles, from everyone, and a willingness to answer any questions with clarity and patience. I especially appreciate the pictures of the "before" condition and how it looks now with the repair(s) in place. Thank you
