Recently tried Seiko's Auto Service for my Lexus RX350 after having used the dealer and another local repair shop for service over the years. The dealer was expensive and often suggested unnecessary repairs and the last local repair shop not thorough. Quality, efficient work with detailed explanation of recommended service and estimate upfront. Staff very friendly and pleasant. I had a great experience at Seiko last week. They performed a thorough inspection of my car when I brought it in for a 100K service. I received a report with pictures documenting what was found and when I requested explanation Sergio gave me a call and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I was able to make a sound decision on what needed attention asap and what could wait for the next visit (my car is 11 years old and I bought it used, so I expected some repairs were needed). They had to keep my car overnight, but I was given a rental in the meantime. I also had a mechanical issue with my car that did not affect function or safety, but was a complete annoyance. They gave me a quote for the possibility of fixing it, but what was more impressive is that they went the extra mile to investigate other options on how to deal with the problem that saved me an extra cost. I am so happy I found this place and will be returning to have the rest of the repairs completed. Did I mention that the repair costs were quite reasonable too? Well, they were! I won’t be going anywhere else to get my car serviced. Thank you team at Seiko!

This place does excellent work. I will n have referred a few clients. Mechanics n staff are awesome n very knowledgeable. Ive been going to this spot fore a couple of years n will continue taking my vehicles.

Be aware this shop engages in price gouging. Their business model is to charge $150 for an all points inspection which is not applied to the repair cost. This should be offered as an option. Never heard of a shop charging you money to go on a fishing expedition. The cost of the repairs are just plain ridiculous. They wanted $6500 to replace the motor mounts on my Honda. A complete set sells for around $250. How on Earth can that be a fair price to charge? That's 90% of the car's value. I could sell the car as is and get at least that much money in my pocket. Steer way clear of this place.

Brought my car for the first time. Making an appointment was easy. They are very good at keeping you updated and informed about your car. The whole staff was amazing and helpful.
