This was my first time bringing my STi here for a normal service and not only was Seiko and the team great, but they were very informative with everything before/after doing a full inspection. Sergio was especially great! He gave me a full run down of everything they’d be doing and answered any questions I had. He was honest and transparent when he gave me the full rundown after and made me feel super welcomed. It may have been my first time coming here but it definitely won’t be my last. Seiko and his team are awesome! They are always on top of updating me on the status of my Lexus RX350 car. They are honest and upfront about what should be serviced or not. I like the detailed line by line online system they use to track the maintenance priorities for my car, and appreciate that they spend the time to talk through each one so I never feel like I’m getting taken advantage of. Everyone on the team is so friendly too! I also like that I can borrow a loaner car if needed. I highly recommend Seiko and his team for your auto repair and service needs!
