If the repair takes some time, I get updates. My estimates have always been spot on. Also, the garage is spotless. Highly recommend.

Seiko's Auto Service is the BEST auto service and maintenance business I have ever gone to for my LS460 Lexus. My previous mechanic retired and closed his repair business, which left me in search for a good auto service and repair shop. The overheating problem was beyond the ability of the Toyota Service Center, and they recommended that I find a Lexus Specialist. The examination performed on our Lexus by Seiko's Auto Service was as detailed as a medical surgeon's. They find the cause of the problem! No quick fixes, they do a thorough detailed inspection and analysis. I was contacted daily by Seiko's Auto Service, Mr. Seiko and Mr. Sergio, with the latest update and status of my car and all parts were replaced with Original Lexus parts. Before my car was ready for pick up, I received a call that it would be driven by Mr. Seiko, Seiko's Auto Service, for road testing and to make sure it met with Lexus Standards and Codes.
