This review is about an emergency that happened about 6 months ago. My alternator went bad when I was on the freeway at 4pm and needed to be towed to Seiko's. Sergio guided me on how to check my car in after hours, if needed. Cody was ready to perform the assessment when the car arrived. It was like being at an ER. They helped me through a stressful time.
