Great and transparent shop! They Diagnosed my hybrid car and let me know about an extended warranty that was still valid on my car that I had no idea about and would have never known. They could have just fixed themselves and made money. Instead they recommended taking it to the local dealer and issue is being solved at dealer at no cost to me. They saved me thousands of dollars!

After a lot of drama with a leaking radiator, a seized engine, and more, I finally ended up at Seiko's and my car probelms have finally ended. They have excellent communication, provide before and after photos, emailed detailed estimates and information on work that needs to be done versus what could wait until later, and they're quick. By far the best experience I've had with any mechanic and I don't plan on bringing my subaru anywhere else but Seiko's going forward.

Just went here and worked with Sergio. I wanted to get a second opinion for a full car inspection. Sergio explained everything very well and helped me understand what maintenance was required. They were flexible and gave me several updates as they did the inspection.

When people talk about price gouging, this is the type of shop they are referring to. Not only do they want to charge you on labor, but they want to charge you more on the parts than if you bought the part yourself from the dealer. It’s another sleazy mechanic tactic for making undeserved profits. They get discounts on parts but charge you more than retail.

The tech helping me, Sergio and another older gentleman i did not have the pleasure of meeting, were very knowledgeable and were more than capable of answering any question i had and offering better advice for my vehicle. Specifically went here to have my subaru inspected and serviced. A lot cheaper compared to dealership prices, but will still be costly because of the oem parts they use and the 3 year warranty they stand behind.
