I can't say enough good things about Sergio and everyone at Seiko! First, it's easy to make an appointment online, and to be specific about your concerns (engine light was on, in my case) before you arrive. Great time saver, and we can address the details in person. Second, they will personally call you if you went to the wrong address the first time as I did LOL. So, my experience - I arrived a little before 8 AM, but they were already open, and Sergio welcomed me, listened to my concerns, and they got right to work when I gave him the key. I received texts, e-signed items, and I was good to go with an update on various things to keep an eye on, and factors to consider when getting serviced next. While Sergio updated me on the car, another employee (sorry did not get their name) was cleaning all my windows. They're respectful of my car, covering seats and making sure everything stays tidy. I confessed my embarrassment to Sergio about being directionally challenged, and especially appreciate his kindness regarding that. All super helpful, and I feel respected, reassured and informed!
