Seiko and team took great care in diagnosing and fixing the issue for the car. Dropped it off in the afternoon, and since it was going to take longer to fix they offered a free car rental. Car is now fixed and back to running smoothly.

Pleasant experience on my first visit! Got referred here by a friend. Seiko and the team did an excellent job taking care of my IS300 and providing me updates throughout the day suggesting what needs to be addressed on the car. Sergio was helpful from the get go. He explained what they were going to do before they even started working on the car. After some initial inspection, they sent us an email with recommendations along with photos. Sergio went over everything with us so we could decide what really needed to get done. When we picked up the car, they summed up the final work that they did and any updates that they made to the records and asked us if we had any questions so we would feel good before paying and driving away. Super appreciated that they seemed really honest and not pushy and listened to our concerns about safety, especially considering we are about to have a baby.
