When a car is 15 years old, you've got to expect a few repairs, even on a lightly used vehicle that gets regular service. Still, when Sergio told me Seiko's estimate ran to $3K, I gulped. Hard. We went over the systems review Cody had performed, decided which things were necessary for safety and which might wait for my next visit, or some future point on the horizon. In the end I drove away with a car that purred at half the original estimate. These are some of the things I like most about getting service at Seiko's. The team tells (and shows) you what needs to be addressed. They will help you understand what is a priority, and why. But there is no hard sell. If something can be safely deferred, they'll tell you. That builds trust. And in my case, loyalty.
