Seiko and Sergio were super nice and very professional! My husband has been taking his car to Seiko’s and this was my first time to take my car. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and detail-oriented and I appreciated that they were very respectful and courteous with masking, social distancing and even took extra steps in cleanliness and covering the seats when handling the car. Sergio took the time to go over the service details with my husband and I over the phone, which was great! I was also emailed a detailed inspection report to reference which was very helpful. Thank you Seiko and Sergio! I will definitely be coming back :-)

Seiko is an amazing and professional mechanic. He does a full inspection of my car even for just an oil change, and photographs any issues; I receive electronic copies of the pics so I can see exactly what is going on with my car. He has corrected numerous bad jobs that the dealership previously "fixed" improperly. The thing that I appreciate most is that he will tell me whether an issue is pressing, or if it can wait a while before addressing. My 2014 Subaru Impreza has had a very minor oil leak for the last 2 years, but he assured me that not only is it pretty standard for my car, but that it was such a slow seep that I didn't have to stress about getting it repaired. He checks it every 6 months during my regular oil changes. I have nothing but good things to say about Seiko and his shop! I recommend him to everyone. I love that he takes the time to thoroughly explain whatever is going on with my car, and that he doesn't talk down to me or assume I know nothing about cars because I am a woman (unlike several other mechanics that I have interacted with).
