Seiko is an amazing and professional mechanic. He does a full inspection of my car even for just an oil change, and photographs any issues; I receive electronic copies of the pics so I can see exactly what is going on with my car. He has corrected numerous bad jobs that the dealership previously "fixed" improperly. The thing that I appreciate most is that he will tell me whether an issue is pressing, or if it can wait a while before addressing. My 2014 Subaru Impreza has had a very minor oil leak for the last 2 years, but he assured me that not only is it pretty standard for my car, but that it was such a slow seep that I didn't have to stress about getting it repaired. He checks it every 6 months during my regular oil changes. I have nothing but good things to say about Seiko and his shop! I recommend him to everyone. I love that he takes the time to thoroughly explain whatever is going on with my car, and that he doesn't talk down to me or assume I know nothing about cars because I am a woman (unlike several other mechanics that I have interacted with).

Very efficient and thorough

I've always appreciated the good work that Seiko and his staff do. They are very knowledgeable and are constantly learning for I've caught them a time or two leaving after work to go to classes or seminars to further their knowledge on the ever changing car industry. They will do thorough checks on the vehicle and provide a detailed diagnostic of what is recommended even down to what needs immediate attention versus things that are up coming. They have always followed up with me a day or two after work has been done on my car to make sure everything is running ok. They will also send out one reminder of service when its about time or your car service, but not more than that as to annoy you with multiple alerts. I try and do lots of work on my car myself and they have obliged me with the diagnostic information as to what needs to be fixed and what parts they were going to use. I highly recommend them for you won't be disappointed as I have never been. I appreciate all their work and tell my friends and family to go there. Give them a try, their diagnostic review generally only cost 60$ and you'll get a good fair report of your car.
