This was my first visit back since Seiko remodeled the work bays. The new space is clean and well marked for safety. Sergio handled the intake efficiently and I was kept up to date on the estimate and work progress by email. After Seiko and/or Cody completed the repairs, I was given a checklist of completed actions and recommendations.
