Courteous employees-dealt with Sergio mostly. All recommendations as well as repairs completed were explained thoroughly. Picures were included to add to explanations. Links included in emails were easy to follow. I had an appointment for which I was given a loaner car while mine was being serviced. Overall, great experience and have recommended to friends already.

First time customer to Seiko’s and won’t be my last! I brought in my Subaru Forester for routine maintenance, but I was also having some battery issues that I wanted them to take a look at. It turns out I needed a new battery, as well as other services that Seiko recommended to help my car run more efficiently in the long run. Seiko took the time to explain the work in detail and gave levels of priorities of which should be taken care of first, and what could be fixed later on. He’s also upfront about the pricing and work so there won’t be any surprises at the end. I really appreciated his honesty and his dedication to offering quality service. I want my car to last so I know I’m in good hands now that I’ve found a great mechanic! I’ll be recommending these guys to my family- they all drive Hondas, Toyotas, and Subarus. I also really appreciated that I was able to get a ride home and back to the shop since I live locally. Great place and great service!

Easy use service! Mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and they take the time to explain what repairs are needed and why during a check up! Will be going again!

Everything about today's service was excellent. The online approach to seeing all the necessary and recommended repairs makes it easy to see what needs to be done on the fly, and the mechanics taking the time to expalin what should be done and why over the phone really shows this shop cares about it's customers!

Seiko's Auto Service provides the best experience I've had with a mechanic. His operation is clean and his demeanor is very pleasant. We have a 2005 Prius and it's still going strong. The care and attention to detail he provides makes us feel he is working on his personal vehicle. He is dedicated to making our little Prius live a long life. We are lucky we found him.

Seiko's provides the best service I've ever received. I was nervous about leaving the dealership to have my Prius serviced, but I was not getting the attention to detail and preventative maintenance at the dealer that I felt they should provide. Luckily, we found Seiko and wish we had found him sooner. His professionalism and customer service is the best. He is dedicated to keeping our 2005 Prius alive and well! He has wonderful attention to detail, the cleanest shop I've ever seen, and is thorough and courteous in his communication.
