Seiko and his team did a great job in diagnosing and fixing my airbag light, which wasn’t turning off automatically like it should when starting the car. I also appreciate that they gave me a lift back home when the car was dropped off. I will definitely be coming back again when I need any service work done on my Lexus.

Seiko and Cody are extremely thorough. Their process is very transparent with a system that can text you notes, videos if needed, and they are super responsive. Prices are better than the dealer, but more importantly they are patient and willing to help you understand the problems and options so you as a customer feel like you are getting what you need vs what someone is trying to sell you.
