If I could give 10 stars, I would. Seiko and Cody provide exceptional service each time I leave my RAV4 with them. They are highly skilled auto mechanics. They always do an excellent job. But this is not the only thing that impresses me. The human side of their communication is the most impressive. They are kind, reliable. Seiko always explains everything with very clear, easy to understand terms. Provides estimates, and a schedule that he keeps. He uses different kinds of modern communication tools to keep me in the loop of his progress. They go out of their ways to help me out. They provide rides, if I am stuck. Last weekend I noticed, that the engine oil was low. I stopped at his shop for an oil check before I started heading up to the mountains. He put 4 bottles of fine motor oil into my car, checked and inflated the tires, and did not let me pay for it. I can only talk about this shop with the highest remarks.

Brought my Gen2 Toyota Prius that I got a few months ago for a commuter car in because it was getting a lot less miles to the tank. Had the dealership check it out the week prior and they said everything was fine without further explanation so I wanted a second opinion. Seiko ran the car through various diagnostics and told me everything was fine but took the time to explain to me that the sensors were off and that he reset them as well as that particular model has a "bladder" for a tank. He didn't charge me for it and gave me pointers on what I need to monitor to determine if there is anything else going on with the vehicle. I really appreciated his thoroughness and explaining what could be causing the lowered mpg. I'll definitely be a returning customer for future maintenance!! Seiko and Cody were really nice and professional. They did a very good job in explaining things to me and taking care of my car. I would definitely recommend this autoshop to all my friends.
