First time coming to this place. It was easy to access, friendly staff, and detailed service. I do like the communication through the whole process, with detailed images, and letting me know when my car was ready for pickup. Initially came for an oil change and tire rotation. Like all auto places, those extra services "suggested" is never anything you want to hear. The price is on the higher-end than other auto places, but I needed convenience of somewhere close to walking distance. I'd like to continue to use their services and see how my next experience will be.

Seiko's auto service is higher in price but I'd rather pay for good and thorough service. My warranty ran out about 2 yrs ago and come to find out that seiko's auto service revealed a lot of short cuts the dealer mechanics were doing. So my experience with using seiko's auto service is by far top notch in service and materials. Thanks again Seiko my car really runs 100% smoother and better. (like new again!!!!) See you again on my next major service. P.s. and the shop labels all the parts that they worked on👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🫶🏼
