I'm a new customer and could not be happier. Seiko is honest. I called around to get quotes for my headlight repair and everyone kept insisting I needed more done than necessary. Well a six and a half hour drive, the last three hours at night, and my headlights are working beautifully. I'm so happy!!

But glad to know I could get another 5,000 miles out of the brakes before my next brake job. I also want to thank you both for looking into the transmission issue I had--with the information and copy of the letter you provided me, Subaru was willing to cover the job. The dealership recently told me I had to do a bunch of repairs on my Scion TC and it was going to cost me more than I could afford. So I brought my car to Seiko's to get a second opinion, and found out that some of the repairs that I needed weren't even necessary at all or that I could hold off a little longer if I needed more time. I really appreciated their honesty with me and I will definitely go back to get my car serviced by them.
