This is my third or fourth visit to Seiko's. Seiko took the time to listen to my concerns about my car. Turns out my car needed a little more work than I expected but the car is 5 years old with over 80,000 miles so that was expected. Seiko's price quote was very fair. Seiko finished the work well ahead of the estimated time and even offered to pick me up. As long as I'm near Monrovia I plan on taking my car back to Seiko for all my vehicle maintenance needs. I would highly recommend Seiko to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto repair technician.

Excellent! Honest, precise, neat! Seiko is the best. He has many years of experience, but more importantly he keeps up with the new technology. He is able to quickly diagnose problems and then assess exactly what needs to be changed. He does not change parts unless needed. His communications are clear and timely. While working on each car he takes notice of its overall condition and then relates that to the owner. He does so in a way that allows the owner to decide what and when any future work may be done. Seiko simply has my highest recommendation!

Seiko was flexible in accommodating my schedule - he was very pleasant to work with and got the work on my car done very quickly. He thoroughly explained every aspect of the repairs and made sure I was comfortable in my understanding of all the work performed. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied; I had a great experience - my car is only going to Seiko's shop from now on!

Looked like i had brake fluid leaking from wheel, as soon i i called Seiko he was very concerned of possibly safety issue and had me bring it in ASAP..Also lending his truck so it wasn't any inconvenience... He thoroughly inspected all wheels and brakes not just leaky one.. As it turned out with some embarrassment on my part i must of ran over some chemical in the street , he cleaned everything took the time to make sure my truck was safe and sound..He didn't charge me anything .. I totally would recommend him to anyone..A small business but is honest and caring which i really appreciated.. THANK YOU SEIKO.

Seiko has been very upfront and informative about everything regarding my vehicle service and has always done an excellent job. He is very thorough and fixes the extra little things that most mechanics probably wouldn't take the time or effort to address. I completely trust him when it comes to caring for my car.
